| Accuracy- has difficulty differentiating from P360 and C360. Autonomy - we don’t have DevOps staff to support the back end right now Content Management - Does not integrate into current data sources (Paligo, Vimeo, ) Open Answers - People can ask it essentially anything and it will try to answer. Buy vs Build - Other vendors exist (Intercom) which would bring solution to market quicker and integrate with our tech stack
