• Learning - Personalized learning and onboarding support during training

• Cross Functional Value - Value for other depts e.g CSO for ticket resolution.

• Security - Gated by SSO / Azure AD. Current help not protected

• Data Connections - Can combine multiple data sources from different locations

• Accuracy- Has difficulty differentiating from P360 and C360.
