• Search - Vector search is major improvement over keyword matching. Much easier to find answers. Will provide an answer regardless of text search (i.e contact could be various terms)

• Learning - Personalized learning and onboarding support during training

• Cross Functional Value - Value for other depts e.g CSO for ticket resolution.

• Security - Gated by SSO / Azure AD. Current help not protected

• Data Connections - Can combine multiple data sources from different locations.

• Accuracy- Has difficulty differentiating from P360 and C360. Could improve with ChatGPT4.

• Autonomy - we don’t have DevOps staff to support the back end right now

• Content Management - Does not integrate into current data sources (Paligo, Vimeo). Would need this to connect ultimately.

• Open Answers - People can ask it essentially anything and it will try to answer. Guardrails would be needed,

• Buy vs Build - Other vendors exist (Intercom) which could bring solution to market quicker and integrate with our tech stack.
